Article R5131-10 of the French Labour Code

The assessment provided for in article L. 5131-4 is the result of an analysis carried out with the young person of his or her situation, demands, plans and needs. This formalised assessment enables skills to be identified and developed. It forms the basis for directing the young person towards the most appropriate form of contractual support for employment and independence.

Le diagnostic prévu à l’article L. 5131-4 résulte d’une analyse menée avec le jeune de sa situation, de ses demandes, de ses projets et de ses besoins. Ce diagnostic formalisé permet notamment d’identifier et valoriser les compétences. Il fonde l’orientation du jeune vers la modalité la plus adaptée du parcours contractualisé d’accompagnement vers l’emploi et l’autonomie.
