If the beneficiary fails to meet his or her contractual commitments, the local mission’s legal representative, after giving the person concerned the opportunity to present his or her observations, may terminate the contractual pathway to employment and independence.

The legal representative will notify the beneficiary of the support, or his or her legal representatives if the beneficiary is a minor or is the subject of a legal protection measure, of his or her decision, duly substantiated, by any means that provides a date certain.

En cas de manquement du bénéficiaire à ses engagements contractuels, le représentant légal de la mission locale, après avoir mis à même l’intéressé de présenter ses observations, peut procéder à la rupture du parcours contractualisé vers l’emploi et l’autonomie.

Il notifie sa décision, dûment motivée, par tout moyen conférant date certaine au bénéficiaire de l’accompagnement ou à ses représentants légaux lorsque celui-ci est mineur ou fait l’objet d’une mesure de protection juridique.
