Article R5132-10-13-2 of the French Labour Code

The financial aid referred to in Article R. 5132-10-13-1 is paid to the temporary work integration company for each full-time position occupied. Where applicable, the amount of aid is reduced in proportion to the number of jobs filled.

The amount is equal to :

1° 100% of the basic amount of the aid mentioned in article R. 5132-10-13 for the first year of performance of the open-ended employment contract;

2° 70% of the basic amount of the aforementioned aid from the second year of performance of the open-ended employment contract.

The terms of payment are set by joint order of the ministers responsible for employment and the budget.

Article R5132-10-13-2

L’aide financière mentionnée à l’article R. 5132-10-13-1 est versée à l’entreprise de travail temporaire d’insertion pour chaque poste de travail occupé à temps plein. Le cas échéant, le montant de l’aide est réduit à due proportion de l’occupation des postes.

Son montant est égal à :

1° 100 % du montant socle de l’aide mentionné à l’article R. 5132-10-13 pour la première année d’exécution du contrat de travail à durée indéterminée ;

2° 70 % du montant socle de l’aide précitée à compter de la deuxième année d’exécution du contrat de travail à durée indéterminée.

Les conditions de son versement sont fixées par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de l’emploi et du budget
