Article R5132-22 of the French Labour Code

The agreement entered into with the State may be terminated by the Prefect if the intermediary association makes itself available to carry out particularly dangerous work for which it is not possible to use employees under fixed-term employment contracts, in application of article L. 1242-6, or does not comply with the conditions of availability mentioned in article L. 5132-9.

Article R5132-22

La convention conclue avec l’Etat peut être résiliée par le préfet si l’association intermédiaire effectue des mises à disposition pour la réalisation de travaux particulièrement dangereux pour lesquels il ne peut être fait appel à des salariés sous contrat de travail à durée déterminée, en application de l’article L. 1242-6, ou ne respecte pas les conditions de mise à disposition mentionnées à l’article L. 5132-9.
