Article R5134-164 of the French Labour Code

I.-Employers covered by the eighth paragraph of article L. 5134-111 who :

1° Offers the holder of a job with a future a prospect of lasting qualification and professional integration ;

2° Belongs to a sector of activity with a high potential for job creation or offering prospects for the development of new activities.

II – The sectors mentioned in 2° of I are set by order of the Regional Prefect, taking into account the priority sectors defined in the regional orientation plan in application of article R. 5134-162.

Article R5134-164

I.-Est éligible à l’aide à l’emploi d’avenir l’employeur relevant du huitième alinéa de l’article L. 5134-111 qui :

1° Propose au titulaire d’un emploi d’avenir une perspective de qualification et d’insertion professionnelle durable ;

2° Appartient à un secteur d’activité présentant un fort potentiel de création d’emplois ou offrant des perspectives de développement d’activités nouvelles.

II.-Les secteurs mentionnés au 2° du I sont fixés par arrêté du préfet de région, compte tenu des secteurs prioritaires définis au schéma d’orientation régional en application de l’article R. 5134-162.
