Article R5134-167 of the French Labour Code

The maximum duration of the aid, set at thirty-six months by article L. 5134-113, may be extended, with the authorisation of the authority issuing the award decision, in order to allow the beneficiary to complete the vocational training he or she has undertaken, up to a total duration of sixty months. The employer’s request for extension must be accompanied by the documents mentioned in articles R. 5134-32 and R. 5134-57, as appropriate.

Article R5134-167

La durée maximale de l’aide, fixée à trente-six mois par l’article L. 5134-113, peut être prolongée, sur autorisation de l’autorité délivrant la décision d’attribution, afin de permettre au bénéficiaire d’achever la formation professionnelle qu’il a engagée, dans la limite d’une durée totale de soixante mois. La demande de prolongation faite par l’employeur est accompagnée des documents mentionnés selon le cas aux articles R. 5134-32 et R. 5134-57.
