Amounts received by way of aid for professional integration are not repaid and the employer retains the benefit of the aid corresponding to the number of days worked by the employee whose employment support contract is an open-ended contract in the following cases:
1° Dismissal for serious misconduct on the part of the employee ;
2° Dismissal for force majeure
3° Dismissal for medically certified unfitness;
4° Dismissal for economic reasons in the context of receivership or compulsory liquidation proceedings;
5° Breach of contract during the trial period;
6° Breach of contract under article L. 1237-11.
