The amounts received by way of aid for professional integration are not repaid, and the employer retains the benefit of the aid corresponding to the number of days worked by the employee whose employment initiative contract is a fixed-term contract, in the following cases:
1° Early termination resulting from the clear and unequivocal will of the parties;
2° Early termination for serious misconduct;
3° Early termination due to force majeure;
4° Early termination during the trial period.
