For the purposes of entitlement to compensation, the total duration of salaried activities completed by the same worker for employers covered by Articles L. 5422-13 or L. 5424-1 is taken into account.
Account is also taken of periods during which the employment relationship is suspended and during which employees receive compensation in application of the statutory provisions applicable to the employees concerned or the social security scheme to which these employees belong, as the case may be. Periods of suspension of the employment relationship during which staff are neither paid nor compensated are not taken into account.
