Article R5426-23 of the French Labour Code

The court secretariat informs the Director General of Pôle emploi within eight days of receipt of the objection.

As soon as he is aware of the objection, the Director General will send the court a copy of the summons, together with a copy of the formal notice indicating the amount of the sums claimed, which served as the basis for drawing up the summons, as well as the notice of receipt of this formal notice by the debtor.

Le secrétariat du tribunal informe le directeur général de Pôle emploi dans les huit jours de la réception de l’opposition.


Dès qu’il a connaissance de l’opposition, le directeur général adresse au tribunal une copie de la contrainte, accompagnée d’une copie de la mise en demeure comportant l’indication du montant des sommes réclamées qui a servi de base à l’établissement de la contrainte, ainsi que l’avis de réception, par le débiteur, de cette mise en demeure.
