Article R551-7 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The following are considered to be stable residences, within the meaning of article L. 551-7:
1° The place where the person is accommodated with a title to fix their domicile there;
2° The places mentioned in article L. 552-1, other than hotel establishments.

Article R551-7

Sont considérés comme des domiciles stables, au sens de l’article L. 551-7 :
1° Le lieu où la personne est hébergée en disposant d’un titre pour y fixer son domicile ;
2° Les lieux mentionnés à l’article L. 552-1, autres que les établissements hôteliers.
