Article R6122-39 of the French Public Health Code

The replacement of authorised heavy equipment mentioned in 4° or 5° of article R. 6122-26 before the authorisation expires is subject to the modification of the initial authorisation.

If the nature and clinical use of the new heavy equipment is identical to that of the previously authorised equipment, the request for modification may be made in accordance with the provisions of II of article D. 6122-38.

Le remplacement d’un équipement matériel lourd autorisé mentionné au 4° ou 5° de l’article R. 6122-26 avant l’échéance de l’autorisation est subordonné à la modification de l’autorisation initiale.

Si le nouvel équipement matériel lourd est d’une nature et d’une utilisation clinique identiques à celles de l’équipement précédemment autorisé, la demande de modification peut se faire conformément aux dispositions du II de l’article D. 6122-38.
