The letter by which the Director General of the Regional Health Agency notifies the explicit decision that he has taken after obtaining the opinion of the specialised commission of the Regional Conference on Health and Autonomy in the cases provided for in Articles L. 6122-9, L. 6122-12 and L. 6122-13, includes the reasons for this decision and is sent to the applicant for the authorisation or to the holder of the suspended, modified or withdrawn authorisation by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
The request by which, pursuant to the last paragraph of article L. 6122-9, communication of the reasons for an implicit decision of rejection is sought is sent to the Regional Health Agency by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within two months of the date on which the implicit decision came into being.
