Authorisation for medical care and rehabilitation may only be granted if the holder has, on its own site or by agreement with another structure:
1° For all establishments, whatever the category applied for:
a) Access to a scanner and magnetic resonance imaging;
b) The possibility of having medical biology analyses carried out;
2° For all establishments applying for the following categories, respectively:
a) Access to a CT scanner and magnetic resonance imaging adapted to the care of patients with severe obesity for the “digestive system, endocrinology, diabetology, nutrition” option;
b) Access to an intensive care unit as provided for in article R. 6123-34-3 for the “nervous system” option, supplemented by an agreement with a holder of an authorisation for neurosurgery if the establishment does not have one;
c) Access to a cardiology intensive care unit as provided for in article R. 6123-34-1 for the “cardiovascular” option;
d) Access to either an intensive care unit or an intensive care unit as provided for respectively in articles R. 6123-34-3 and R. 6123-34-3 respectively for the “pneumology” option;
e) Access to an establishment authorised to carry out the activity of treating severe burns, as provided for in 9° of Article R. 6122-25 for the “burns” option;
f) Access to a paediatric intensive care unit, as provided for in Article R. 6123-34-3 for the “paediatrics” option;
g) Participation in a specific regional cancer scheme mentioned in article R. 6123-91 of the present code for the “cancers” modality.
