Article R6123-125-1 of the French Public Health Code

The holder of an authorisation referred to in Article R. 6123-121, with the exception of an authorisation bearing the wording “multi-purpose”, provides the following services in its area of competence by means of an agreement:

1° Advice and expertise for other holders of authorisations for medical and rehabilitation care;

2° The care of patients from other establishments authorised to provide medical and rehabilitation care, for the types of care that these establishments are unable to offer.

Le titulaire d’une autorisation mentionnée à l’article R. 6123-121, à l’exception de celle portant la mention “ polyvalent ”, assure dans son domaine de compétence par voie de convention :

1° Une activité de conseil et d’expertise auprès d’autres titulaires d’autorisation de soins médicaux et de réadaptation ;

2° La prise en charge des patients en provenance d’autres établissements autorisés à dispenser des soins médicaux et de réadaptation pour les modes de prise en charge que ces derniers ne peuvent pas proposer.
