By way of derogation, the condition mentioned in article R. 6123-130-1 is not required for sites performing exclusively paediatric interventional rhythmology.

Authorisation to carry out interventional rhythmology activity in category C, when this is exclusively paediatric, may only be granted if the holder has authorisation for the “congenital cardiopathies excluding rhythmology” modality.

A titre dérogatoire, la condition mentionnée à l’article R. 6123-130-1 n’est pas exigée pour les sites réalisant une activité de rythmologie interventionnelle exclusivement pédiatrique.

L’autorisation de réaliser une activité de rythmologie interventionnelle mention C, lorsque celle-ci est exclusivement pédiatrique, ne peut être accordée que si le titulaire dispose d’une autorisation pour la modalité “ cardiopathies congénitales hors rythmologie ”.
