I.-For the “interventional rhythmology” modality, category D, and the “congenital cardiopathies excluding rhythmology” modality, category B, authorisation may only be granted if the holder has authorisation for cardiac surgery on the same site and in the same building.
II.-For the “interventional rhythmology” modality, category C, and for the “congenital cardiopathies excluding rhythmology” modality, category A, authorisation may only be granted if the holder has authorisation for cardiac surgery on the same site.
Failing this, he has authorisation for surgery with the presence of thoracic or vascular surgery expertise adapted to the patient’s age on the same site. In this case, it has an agreement allowing patients access to a site authorised for cardiac surgery.
III – The cardiac surgery authorisations mentioned in I and II must be adapted to the age of the patients.
