Part-time hospitalisation corresponds to a period of care less than or equal to twelve hours per twenty-four hours, not requiring accommodation, for patients whose state of health is compatible with this type of care. The services provided are similar in nature, complexity and the medical supervision they require to those normally provided as part of full-time hospitalisation.

L’hospitalisation à temps partiel correspond à une durée de soins inférieure ou égale à douze heures par vingt-quatre heures, ne nécessitant pas d’hébergement, pour les patients dont l’état de santé est compatible avec ce mode de prise en charge. Les prestations délivrées sont similaires par leur nature, leur complexité et la surveillance médicale qu’elles requièrent à celles habituellement effectuées dans le cadre d’une hospitalisation à temps complet.
