The authorisation holder organises continuity of care for hospitalised patients by guaranteeing the intervention of a doctor within a timeframe compatible with the safety of care.

This organisation may be common to several sites of the same health care organisation or several health care organisations, provided that these sites are located close to each other.

Le titulaire de l’autorisation organise la continuité des soins des patients hospitalisés en garantissant l’intervention d’un médecin dans un délai compatible avec la sécurité des soins.

Cette organisation peut être commune à plusieurs sites d’un même établissement de santé ou de plusieurs établissements de santé, dès lors que ces sites sont situés à proximité les uns des autres.
