Article R6123-156 of the French Public Health Code

I. – The holder of the authorisation organises, on site, by agreement or, where applicable, as part of the shared medical project of the regional hospital grouping referred to in II of Article L. 6132-1, the possibility of transferring any patient whose state of health so requires to an inpatient facility, appropriate to their age, covering the following activities:

1° Critical care ;

2° Continuous surveillance ;

3° Surgery;

4° Medical and rehabilitation care;

5° Psychiatry ;

6° Hospitalisation at home.

II. – The holder organises downstream medical stays as part of a personalised care pathway based on the organisation of regional care networks.

I. – Le titulaire de l’autorisation organise, sur site, par convention ou, le cas échéant, dans le cadre du projet médical partagé du groupement hospitalier de territoire mentionné au II de l’article L. 6132-1, la possibilité d’assurer le transfert de tout patient dont l’état de santé le nécessite vers une structure d’hospitalisation, adaptée à son âge, relevant des activités suivantes :

1° Soins critiques ;

2° Surveillance continue ;

3° Chirurgie ;

4° Soins médicaux et de réadaptation ;

5° Psychiatrie ;

6° Hospitalisation à domicile.

II. – Le titulaire organise l’aval des séjours en médecine dans le cadre d’un parcours personnalisé en s’appuyant sur l’organisation des filières de soins du territoire.
