Article R6142-40 of the French Public Health Code

The agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which the parties will bear the costs of all kinds incurred, in particular those relating to the construction and maintenance of the buildings, depreciation, the operation of the services and the repair of damage caused.

La convention règle les conditions dans lesquelles les parties prennent en charge les dépenses de toute nature exposées, et notamment celles ayant trait à la construction et à l’entretien des bâtiments, à l’amortissement, au fonctionnement des services ainsi qu’à la réparation des dommages causés.
