In all cases where the assignment relates to university activity, the State continues to pay the remuneration of the person concerned, subject to reimbursement of all or part of this expenditure by the organisation party to the agreement under the conditions defined by the agreement and by the provisions in force. A member of the teaching and hospital staff may only be assigned to an organisation that is a party to the agreement with the agreement of the person concerned.

Interns and, where appropriate, students from the university hospital centre may be assigned to the organisation party to the agreement with their agreement. The persons concerned shall be entitled, in the establishment to which they are assigned, to the remuneration and allowances to which they are entitled in the university hospital centre to which they have been appointed.

If the organisation that is party to the agreement is associated with a teaching mission, the agreement defines the conditions under which students may stay on its premises.

The agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which the parties will bear the costs of all kinds incurred, in particular those relating to the construction and maintenance of the buildings, depreciation, the operation of the services and the repair of damage caused.
