Article R6142-34 of the French Public Health Code

The agreement defines the mission or missions with which the organisation is associated.

It specifies the terms and conditions of this association and mentions in particular:

1° The list of departments of the organisation assigned to the accomplishment of the mission or missions with which the organisation is associated;

2° For each category of teaching and hospital staff, the list of posts to be filled in the organisation and, for each post, the proportion of the activity to be devoted to it by the member of the teaching and hospital staff assigned to it, with an indication, where applicable, of the private sector to which he/she may apply;

3° The number of internship and student posts to be filled by interns and students from the university hospital centre;

4° The number of students likely to be admitted to the organisation.

La convention définit la ou les missions à laquelle ou auxquelles est associé l’organisme.

Elle précise les conditions et modalités de cette association et mentionne notamment :

1° La liste des services de l’organisme affectés à l’accomplissement de la ou des missions auxquelles l’organisme est associé ;

2° Pour chacune des catégories de personnels enseignants et hospitaliers, la liste des postes à pourvoir dans l’organisme et, pour chaque poste, la part d’activité que doit y consacrer le membre du personnel enseignant et hospitalier qui y est affecté, avec indication, le cas échéant, du secteur privé auquel il peut prétendre ;

3° Le nombre de postes d’internes et d’étudiants à pourvoir par des affectations d’internes et d’étudiants du centre hospitalier universitaire ;

4° Le nombre d’étudiants susceptibles d’être admis dans l’organisme.
