Article R6142-32 of the French Public Health Code

The agreements provided for in article L. 6142-5 enabling a public or private body, health establishment or other body to be associated with the care, teaching or research tasks assigned to university hospital centres or dental care, teaching and research centres are drawn up under the conditions defined by the provisions of this section. The parties to the agreement may insert any clauses not contrary to these provisions.

The agreements are signed :

1° As regards the hospital and university centre or the dental care, teaching and research centre:

a) By the president of the university for the training and research units concerned ;

b) By the director general of the university hospital centre after deliberation by the board of directors;

2° In the case of a public or private organisation, by its legal representative, acting, where the organisation is public, on behalf of the board of directors.

Article R6142-32

Les conventions prévues à l’article L. 6142-5 permettant d’associer un organisme public ou privé, établissement de santé ou autre organisme, aux missions de soins, d’enseignement ou de recherche dévolues aux centres hospitaliers et universitaires ou aux centres de soins, d’enseignement et de recherche dentaires sont établies dans les conditions définies par les dispositions de la présente section. Les parties à la convention peuvent y insérer toutes clauses non contraires à ces dispositions.

Les conventions sont signées :

1° En ce qui concerne le centre hospitalier et universitaire ou le centre de soins, d’enseignement et de recherche dentaires :

a) Par le président de l’université pour les unités de formation et de recherche concernées ;

b) Par le directeur général du centre hospitalier universitaire après délibération du conseil d’administration ;

2° En ce qui concerne l’organisme public ou privé, par son représentant légal, agissant, lorsque l’organisme est public, sur mandat du conseil d’administration.
