The Commission regularly assesses mediators to check that they still meet the conditions and quality requirements specific to the exercise of the mission of consumer mediator.
La commission évalue régulièrement les médiateurs afin de vérifier qu’ils répondent toujours aux conditions et exigences de qualité propres à l’exercice de la mission de médiateur de la consommation.
Si elle estime qu’un médiateur ne satisfait plus à ces exigences, elle avise ce dernier, par décision motivée, des manquements constatés et lui demande de se mettre en conformité dans un délai de trois mois à compter de la date de sa décision. A l’expiration de ce délai, la commission statue sur le retrait du médiateur de la liste mentionnée à l’article L. 615-1.
