Article R616-1 of the French Consumer Code

In application of article L. 616-1, the trader shall inform the consumer of the contact details of the consumer ombudsman or ombudsmen to whom he is answerable, by displaying this information in a visible and legible manner on his website, on his general terms and conditions of sale or service, on his order forms or, in the absence of such media, by any other appropriate means. It shall also include the website address of the mediator(s).

Article R616-1

En application de l’article L. 616-1, le professionnel communique au consommateur les coordonnées du ou des médiateurs de la consommation dont il relève, en inscrivant ces informations de manière visible et lisible sur son site internet, sur ses conditions générales de vente ou de service, sur ses bons de commande ou, en l’absence de tels supports, par tout autre moyen approprié. Il y mentionne également l’adresse du site internet du ou de ces médiateurs.
