Article R623-28 of the French Consumer Code

The association representing consumers pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 623-20 is deemed to be a creditor within the meaning of articles L. 111-1 and L. 111-2 of the Code of Civil Enforcement Procedures for the compulsory enforcement of a judgment given on the basis of the provisions of Article R. 623-10.

L’association représentant les consommateurs en application des dispositions de l’article L. 623-20 est réputée créancière au sens des articles L. 111-1 et L. 111-2 du code des procédures civiles d’exécution pour l’exécution forcée du jugement rendu sur le fondement des dispositions de l’article R. 623-10.
