Article R626-49 of the French Commercial code

For the application of III of Article L. 626-27, the administrator responsible for the execution of the plan shall send the court registrar the list of claims admitted to the plan, deducting, for each of them, the sums already collected. The Registrar shall enter this list on the statement of claims for the new proceedings.

Under the same conditions, the claims entered on the list mentioned in Article R. 622-15 or article R. 641-39 and which have not been rejected are entered by the registrar on the statement of claims of the new proceedings.

Article R626-49

Pour l’application du III de l’article L. 626-27, le commissaire à l’exécution du plan transmet au greffier la liste des créances admises à ce plan en déduisant, pour chacune d’elles, les sommes déjà perçues. Le greffier porte cette liste sur l’état des créances de la nouvelle procédure.

Dans les mêmes conditions, les créances portées sur la liste mentionnée à l’article R. 622-15 ou à l’article R. 641-39 et qui n’ont pas été rejetées sont portées par le greffier sur l’état des créances de la nouvelle procédure.
