Article R6313-7 of the French Labour Code

The body providing the skills assessment will destroy the documents drawn up for the skills assessment as soon as the action has been completed.

However, the provisions of the first paragraph do not apply for a period of one year:

-the summary document in the case mentioned in the third paragraph of article L. 6313-4;

-documents to which the beneficiary has given written consent based on the need to monitor his or her situation.

Article R6313-7

L’organisme prestataire de bilans de compétences procède à la destruction des documents élaborés pour la réalisation du bilan de compétences, dès le terme de l’action.

Toutefois, les dispositions du premier alinéa ne s’appliquent pas pendant un an :

-au document de synthèse dans le cas mentionné au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 6313-4 ;

-aux documents faisant l’objet d’un accord écrit du bénéficiaire fondé sur la nécessité d’un suivi de sa situation.
