Article R6323-21-7 of the French Labour Code

I.-The common national information system provided for in Article L. 6323-17-2 is implemented by France Compétences, which is responsible for its design, deployment, operation and maintenance.

France Compétences is responsible for steering this information system and sets the terms of its governance and financial organisation. It defines and implements the common strategic framework for its development and organises its administration. It also ensures that the system is adapted and determines the procedures and support measures required for its use.

II – The regional cross-industry joint committees use the common national information system to carry out their duties and, to this end, contribute to it.

I.-Le système d’information national commun prévu à l’article L. 6323-17-2 est mis en œuvre par France compétences qui en assure la conception, le déploiement, l’exploitation et la maintenance.

France compétences est en charge du pilotage de ce système d’information et fixe les modalités de sa gouvernance et de son organisation financière. Elle définit et met en œuvre le cadre stratégique commun pour son développement et organise son administration. Elle veille également à son adaptation et détermine les modalités et les actions d’accompagnement nécessaires à son utilisation.

II.-Les commissions paritaires interprofessionnelles régionales ont recours au système d’information national commun pour l’exercice de leurs missions et procèdent, à ce titre, à son alimentation.
