Article R6332-63 of the French Labour Code

The following articles are applicable to the training insurance funds for non-salaried persons authorised under this section, including the training insurance funds for non-salaried persons employed and self-employed in maritime fishing and marine farming:

1° R. 6332-5, relating to the appointment of the provisional administrator ;

2° R. 6332-12, relating to the plurality of functions;

3° R. 6332-13, relating to the devolution of the assets of skills operators who cease their activity;

4° R. 6332-14, relating to the assets necessary for the operation of skills operators;

5° R. 6332-23 to R. 6332-26, relating to the conditions for the assumption of responsibility for and payment of training costs;

6° R. 6332-30 to R. 6332-33, relating to the transmission of documents by skills operators;

7° R. 6332-34 to R. 6332-36, relating to the accounting and auditing of the accounts of skills operators;

8° R. 6332-37, relating to the resources of skills operators.

Sont applicables aux fonds d’assurance formation de non-salariés habilités au titre de la présente-section, y compris aux fonds d’assurance-formation de non salariés des employeurs et travailleurs indépendants de la pêche maritime et des cultures marines, les articles suivants :

1° R. 6332-5, relatif à la nomination de l’administrateur provisoire ;

2° R. 6332-12, relatif au cumul de fonctions ;

3° R. 6332-13, relatif à la dévolution des biens des opérateurs de compétences qui cessent leur activité ;

4° R. 6332-14, relatif aux biens nécessaires au fonctionnement des opérateurs de compétences ;

5° R. 6332-23 à R. 6332-26, relatifs aux conditions de prise en charge et de paiement des frais de formation ;

6° R. 6332-30 à R. 6332-33, relatifs à la transmission de documents par les opérateurs de compétences ;

7° R. 6332-34 à R. 6332-36, relatifs à la comptabilité et au contrôle des comptes des opérateurs de compétences ;

8° R. 6332-37, relatif aux ressources des opérateurs de compétences.
