The selection board for the qualifying examination provided for in Article L. 811-5 is composed as follows:
1° A magistrate of the judiciary or a councillor at the Court of Cassation or an advocate general at this court, in extraordinary service, chairman;
2° A magistrate of the judiciary;
3° A member of a commercial court of first instance;
4° A person qualified in legal, economic, social or financial matters;
5° Two judicial administrators, one of whom is registered on the list provided for in Article L. 811-2 with the mention of the civil speciality and the other with the mention of the commercial speciality.
In the event of a tie, the chairman has the casting vote.
