Article R814-162 of the French Commercial code

Registration of the company in the Trade and Companies Register is governed by articles R. 123-31 et seq, subject to the provisions below.

A copy of the declaration mentioned in article R. 814-160 is sent by the partners’ representative to the clerk of the court where the application for registration in the trade and companies register was filed; on receipt of this document, the clerk of the court registers the company and informs the relevant national registration and disciplinary committee.

The company is exempt from the publication formalities provided for in articles R. 210-16 et seq.

L’immatriculation de la société au registre du commerce et des sociétés est régie par les articles R. 123-31 et suivants, sous réserve des dispositions ci-après.

Une copie de la déclaration mentionnée à l’article R. 814-160 est adressée par le mandataire des associés au greffe du tribunal où a été déposée la demande d’immatriculation au registre du commerce et des sociétés ; à la réception de ce document, le greffier procède à l’immatriculation et en informe la commission nationale d’inscription et de discipline compétente.

La société est dispensée de procéder aux formalités de publicité prévues aux articles R. 210-16 et suivants.
