In the event of an air transport activity being carried out by a company that has not been duly authorised, the Minister responsible for civil aviation may, on expiry of a period of eight days following formal notice served on the company, sequestrate the aircraft used.
The ministers concerned ensure coordination between air transport and land or sea transport.
Air transport companies are subject to technical control by the Minister responsible for civil aviation with a view to ensuring air safety under the same conditions as those provided for in Articles L. 133-1, L. 133-3 and L. 133-4. The cost of this inspection is borne by the companies.
