Chapter IX: Provisions applicable to certain providers of online content sharing services

Article L219-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code

Articles L. 219-2 to L. 219-4 apply to any service qualified as a provider of an online content sharing service within the meaning of article L. 137-1.
