The third party payer shall indicate to the insurer, for each sum for which he is claiming reimbursement, the legislative, regulatory or contractual provision under which this sum is due to the victim. In the case provided for in the third paragraph of Article L. 211-11, the amounts claimed are provisional only if the third party payer expressly states this.
