With the exception of those in the second to fourth paragraphs of article L. 2122-4, the provisions of the chapitre II of title II of book I of part two relating to the mayor and deputy mayors are applicable to the president and members of the bureau of public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation, insofar as they are not contrary to the provisions of this title.
