Section 3: Dismissal of fewer than ten employees within a thirty-day period

An employer who makes collective redundancies for economic reasons of less than ten employees within the same thirty-day period shall inform the administrative authority of the redundancy(ies) decided upon.

The minutes of the meeting of the social and economic committee consulted on a collective redundancy project for economic reasons are sent to the administrative authority.
