Article R3112-3 of the French Public Health Code

The persons mentioned in articles R. 3112-1 and R. 3112-2 are exempt from the vaccination requirement if a medical certificate certifies that vaccination is contraindicated. Contraindications to vaccination with the BCG anti-tuberculosis vaccine are defined by order of the Minister of Health, issued after consultation with the Haut Conseil de la santé publique.
