Section 4: Exchanges of information between health care organisations, regional hospital agencies, the State and health insurance organisations

Article R6113-27 of the French Public Health Code

The ministers responsible for health and social security shall define by decree the nature, level of detail, frequency and procedures for collecting and transmitting the information referred to in the first paragraph of article L. 6113-8, which public and private health establishments are required to transmit to the regional hospital agencies, the departments of the aforementioned ministers and the health insurance bodies.
