The terms and conditions for the application of this section shall be determined by decree, in particular: 1° The provisions of section 2 of this chapter which apply to the nationwide deployment of a local protocol pursuant to article L. 4011-4-6; 2° The nature of the indicators mentioned in article L. 4011-4-5, which include monitoring of the quality of care.
