A departmental cinematographic development commission rules on applications for cinematographic development authorisations submitted to it pursuant to articles L. 212-7 to L. 212-9.
I.-The Departmental Cinematographic Development Commission is chaired by the representative of the State in the Department. II -The commission is made up of : 1° The following five elected representatives: a) The mayor of the municipality in which the cinema development project is located ; b) The president of the public establishment for inter-communal cooperation with responsibility for spatial planning and development, of which the municipality in which the project…
All members of the Commission départementale d’aménagement cinématographique must inform the representative of the State in the département of the interests they hold and the economic activity they carry out. No member of the commission départementale d’aménagement cinématographique may deliberate in a case in which he/she has a personal interest or if he/she represents or has represented one or more parties.
The conditions for appointing the members of the departmental cinematographic development commission and the procedures for its operation are set by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
The Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique comprises nine members appointed by decree for a non-renewable term of six years.
The Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique is made up of : 1° A member of the Conseil d’Etat appointed by the vice-president of the Conseil d’Etat, chairman; 2° A member of the Cour des Comptes appointed by the first president of the Cour des Comptes; 3° A member of the Inspection générale des finances appointed by the head of this department; 4° A member of the Inspectorate General of Cultural Affairs;…
The members of the Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique must comply with the obligations to file the declarations provided for in 6° of I ofarticle 11 of law no. 2013-907 of 11 October 2013 on the transparency of public life. Their declarations of interest are made available to all other members of the Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique by the Chairman.
