Obstructing authorised agents from carrying out their duties in breach of the provisions of article L. 512-4 is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros. The amount of the fine may be increased, in proportion to the benefits derived from the offence, to 10% of average annual turnover, calculated on the basis of the last three annual turnover figures known on the date of the offence.

Failure to comply with the deposit measure mentioned in article L. 512-26 is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros.

Failure to comply with the seizure measure mentioned in article L. 512-29 is punishable by three years’ imprisonment and a fine of 375,000 euros.
