Title IV: OVERSEAS PROVISIONS

For the application of articles R. 521-1, R. 522-1, R. 523-1, R. 524-1 and R. 525-2 in local authorities covered by article 73 of the Constitution, the references to the regional director of the economy, employment, labour and solidarity and to the director of the departmental directorate responsible for population protection are replaced by the reference to the director of the economy, employment, labour and solidarity.
