The project owner decides, at the latest before the start of the project studies, whether or not to allocate the project and specifies the impact on the project management contract.
The public works contract specifies the procedures for determining the estimated cost of the works, together with a tolerance threshold, to which the project manager is committed, and the consequences for the project manager of the commitments made.
