When a foreign national is sentenced at first instance to a deportation order as a principal penalty with provisional enforcement and the deportation takes place before the date of the appeal hearing, his or her lawyer will be heard at this appeal hearing if he or she so requests. If necessary, the administrative authority may, throughout the duration of the detention, decide to move a foreign national from one place of detention to another, subject to informing the competent public prosecutors of the place of departure and the place of arrival, as well as, after the first extension order, the competent liberty and detention judges.
