The information mentioned in Article R. 8252-2 of the Labour Code is displayed in the common areas of the administrative detention facility. It is available in French and translated into the foreign languages designated by the minister responsible for immigration.

The room reserved for lawyers, referred to in article L. 744-5, is accessible, under the conditions provided for in the same article, on simple request by the lawyer to the department responsible for receiving detained foreign nationals and with the agreement of the person concerned.
