Section 2: Implementation of a removal decision taken by another Member State of the European Union or a State with which the Schengen acquis applies, pursuant to 2° of article L. 615-1

Before deciding to implement a deportation decision taken against a foreign national by a State mentioned in article R. 615-2, the administrative authority shall, in all cases, ensure that it is enforceable and that grounds for it exist by consulting the State that issued it for this purpose. .
