Section 2: Representatives of self-employed workers using platforms

The representatives appointed in application of article L. 7343-12 benefit from a maximum of twelve days per year of training in social dialogue. The duration of each training session may not be less than half a day.

The organisation responsible for the courses or sessions will issue the platform workers’ representative with a certificate stating that the representative has actually attended the course. This certificate is submitted to the Labour Relations Authority for Employment Platforms at the end of the course and enables the compensation to be paid to the representatives.
