Section 1: Decisions recognising a state of natural disaster

Decisions to recognise or not to recognise municipalities as natural disasters are mentioned in the order referred to in the 4th paragraph of article L. 125-1 or in its appendices. The reasons for these decisions comply with the requirements of article L. 211-5 of the Code des relations entre le public et l’administration.
